Hey there, I’m Laura.

I’m the founder and coach here at Re Integrative Coaching, and I’m passionate about helping people navigate big life changes. Whether you’re transitioning out of sports, changing careers, moving to a new place, or dealing with family shifts, I’m here to support you through it.

A little about me:

After living on the road for over a year, I’ve settled in Northwest Arkansas and now focus on guiding individuals through those transformative moments. I understand the challenges that come when something that’s defined you for most of your life comes to an end. No matter the transition, I’m dedicated to helping you rediscover your purpose and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ready to Begin?

If you’re feeling ready to explore your next chapter, I’d love to chat. Whether you’re looking to navigate a big transition or discover your path forward, let’s connect and see how I can help you make it happen.

But wait…there’s more!

  • I believe that you are the expert on your own life. My job as a coach is to walk alongside you as a guide, helping you explore the path that’s uniquely yours. Think of me as someone who’s there to point out potential obstacles (like cliffs or poison oak), but ultimately, I want you to make the discoveries that are right for you.

I take a holistic, flexible approach to coaching that blends mindfulness, creative exploration, and practical tools. There’s no “one-size-fits-all” solution, so I’ll support you as you discover what works best for your life, values, and goals.

My approach is also deeply informed by my own experiences. I’ve struggled with digestive issues for much of my life, and through my own healing journey, I’ve learned how powerful the mind-body connection can be—particularly the gut-brain connection. I’ve spent time discovering what foods fuel my body best and how to honor my unique needs. And through it all, I’ve learned how to live authentically and in alignment with who I truly am.

  • After years of study and personal growth, I became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and earned my Master’s in Integrative Health Studies. I’ve worked with athletes, veterans, and individuals navigating life’s toughest transitions, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative coaching can be when it’s rooted in self-discovery.

In 2022, I decided to take a year off in the "prime" of my life to explore my interests, heal, and reconnect with my own sense of purpose. I downsized from a 3000 square foot home and a 5-acre hobby farm to a 100 square foot van, living on the road with my husband and our German Shorthaired Pointer, Juneau. This adventure allowed me to dive deeper into what it means to live authentically, shed what no longer served me, and embrace simplicity.

    • Master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies (CIIS)

    • National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)

    • Instructor and program lead in health coaching and personal trainer programs

    • Expertise in coaching athletes, former athletes, veterans, professionals, and those navigating life transitions

    • I’m a big fan of “mindful wandering”—whether that’s exploring new places or getting lost in creative pursuits. It’s all about being curious about the world around me.

    • I’ve had my hands full raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigs, goats, and growing everything from veggies to fruit trees. It was an adventure in learning and living simply.

    • I’ve been to all 50 states—and made it to 49 in one year!

    • Menorca, Spain is one of my favorite places I’ve visited.

    • The Redwoods National Park is my favorite, but the Tetons and Zion off-season are a close second.
